Joe brings 30+ years of deep underwriting leadership in the High-Net-Worth market. He recently led AIG's $1.6B admitted and non-admitted personal lines portfolios, where his remediation strategy materially improved profitability and reduced catastrophe volatility.

In 2023, he led AIG's Private Client Group through its transition to an independent MGA; the same model he now helps build at Latitude. He has also held underwriting and product leadership roles at QBE and Travelers.
